1. Course Enrollment

Before enrolling, please review course content and eligibility details carefully. Once payment is made, access to materials is immediately granted.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available only under the following conditions:

  • The user has not accessed or completed more than 10% of the course.

  • The refund request is made within 7 days of purchase.

  • The issue must be communicated to support@unileasys.com
    with valid proof of payment.

No refunds will be processed for:

  • Completed or partially completed courses

  • Instant download materials or live session recordings

  • Courses purchased under special discount or bundle offers

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Course Cancellation by Unileasys

In case Unileasys cancels or postpones a training program, learners will be given the option for:

  • Full refund, or

  • Free rescheduling to another batch/program.
